We provide modest clothing, abayas, hijabs, niqabs and accessories through our website and social media channels. We reserve the right to update, withdraw or cancel products and services at any time without notice.

3. Orders, Payments & Refunds

All purchases are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price at the time of purchase.
Full payment must be made before dispatch.
We currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD), Visa cards, Google Pay (GPay) and PhonePe.
Refunds or exchanges are processed in accordance with our Return Policy.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are shipped from Bangalore, India.
We ship all over India.
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on courier service.
We are not liable for delays caused by third-party carriers or customs.

5. Sizing & Product Variations

We strive to display accurate colors, sizes and descriptions. However, slight variations may occur due to fabric, dye, or screen differences. Please check the size chart before ordering.

Return & Exchange Policy

1. Return Period
You may return or exchange items within 7 days of delivery.

2. Condition of Items

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.
For hygiene reasons, accessories such as hijabs, niqabs, and undercaps may not be eligible for return.

3. Proof of Purchase

A receipt, order confirmation, or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

4. Refund Method

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Shipping costs are non-refundable (unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect).

5. Exchanges
We’ll happily exchange for a different size or color if stock is available.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, notify us within 48 hours for a free replacement
