1. Return Period
You may return or exchange items within 7 days of delivery.

2. Condition of Items

• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.
• For hygiene reasons, accessories such as hijabs, niqabs, and undercaps may not be eligible for return.

3. Proof of Purchase

A receipt, order confirmation, or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

4. Refund Method

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable (unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect).

5. Exchanges
We’ll happily exchange for a different size or color if stock is available.
